Terms of Service
WLRB System provides digital ESG readiness reports based on information submitted by the customer through online forms.The available report types may include QUICK ESG Diagnostic Reports and FULL ESG / ESRS Readiness Reports. The exact content, depth and price of each report type are shown before payment.The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information. WLRB System does not independently verify all business, ESG, legal, financial or technical information submitted by the customer, except where specific automated checks are part of the service, such as EU VAT validation.The report generation process starts only after successful payment confirmation. Reports are delivered digitally, usually by email, as PDF documents.Invoices are issued through Billingo or another invoicing service used by WLRB System, based on the billing details submitted by the customer.WLRB reports are business diagnostic documents. They are intended to support business preparation, internal review, management discussion and practical planning. They do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, audit assurance, certification or official regulatory approval.
Privacy Policy
WLRB System processes customer data in order to receive report requests, validate EU VAT numbers, create payment links, generate reports, send emails, issue invoices, provide customer support and maintain the technical operation of the service.The data processed may include company name, contact name, contact email, payer email, billing details, country, EU VAT number, company size, industry, ESG-related form answers, qualitative business information, payment status, invoice data, generated report data and technical logs.WLRB System may use third-party service providers for the operation of the service, including Google Workspace, Google Apps Script, Google Drive, Stripe, Billingo, OpenAI, Cloudflare and Carrd.Customer-submitted information may be processed by AI systems for the purpose of generating report text, summaries, recommendations and diagnostic insights.WLRB System retains submitted data, generated reports, invoices and operational logs for customer support, accounting, legal, technical and auditability purposes.Customers may contact WLRB System regarding access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal data where applicable under data protection law.Privacy-related requests can be sent to [email protected].
Refund Policy
WLRB System provides digital, customer-specific reports based on information submitted by the customer.If payment was made but report generation has not yet started, the customer may contact support to request a cancellation or refund review.Once a personalized digital report has been generated or delivered, refunds may be limited because the service has already been performed and the report was created specifically for the customer.If a report is not delivered due to a technical error, WLRB System may resend the report, regenerate the report, correct the technical issue or provide a refund if the service cannot be delivered.If a duplicate payment is detected for the same report request, the customer may contact support for review and refund.If the customer submits incorrect or incomplete information and the report is generated based on that information, WLRB System may not be able to provide a refund.Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].

WLRB reports are generated using structured business logic, scoring methods and AI-supported text generation.The reports are based on information submitted by the customer. WLRB System does not guarantee that all submitted information is complete, accurate or independently verified.WLRB reports are intended to provide practical ESG readiness insights, identify potential risk areas, highlight data-quality gaps and suggest possible next steps.WLRB reports do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, audit assurance, ESG certification, official regulatory approval or formal CSRD compliance opinion.Any business decision, compliance action, legal interpretation or external disclosure remains the responsibility of the customer.Customers should consult qualified professionals before relying on the report for legal, regulatory, audit, financial or official compliance purposes.
