Reports are generated and delivered electronically, usually as PDF documents.

2. Terms of Service

WLRB System provides digital ESG readiness, sustainability and business diagnostic reports based on information submitted by the customer.The available report types may include, among others:- QUICK ESG Diagnostic Report / ESG Quick Report
FULL ESG / ESRS Readiness ReportThe exact content, depth, price and language of each report type are shown before payment.The customer is responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information in the online form. WLRB System does not independently verify all business, ESG, legal, financial, technical or operational information submitted by the customer, except where specific automated checks are part of the service, such as EU VAT validation.The report generation process starts only after successful payment confirmation. Reports are delivered digitally, usually by email, as PDF documents.Invoices are issued through Billingo or another invoicing service used by WLRB System, based on the billing details submitted by the customer.WLRB reports are business diagnostic documents. They are intended to support business preparation, internal review, management discussion, ESG data-quality improvement and practical planning.WLRB reports do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, financial advice, audit assurance, ESG certification, official regulatory approval or formal CSRD compliance opinion.The customer uses the report at their own responsibility. Any business decision, legal interpretation, compliance action, external disclosure or regulatory communication remains the responsibility of the customer.

3. Payment and Delivery

Payment may be processed through Stripe or another payment service provider used by WLRB System.Successful payment is confirmed through the payment service provider and processed automatically by WLRB System.After successful payment, WLRB System starts generating the report. The time required to generate the report may depend on the report type, the availability of technical systems and the processability of the submitted data.The report and the invoice are sent to the email address provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address and for checking spam, promotions or other filtered folders.

4. Refund Policy

WLRB System provides digital, customer-specific reports based on information submitted by the customer.If payment was made but report generation has not yet started, the customer may contact customer support to request a cancellation or refund review.Once the personalized digital report generation has started, the report has been generated, or the report has been delivered, refunds may be limited because the service has already been performed based on the customer’s individual data.If a report is not delivered due to a technical error, WLRB System may resend the report, regenerate the report, correct the technical issue or provide a refund if the service cannot be delivered.If a duplicate payment is detected for the same report request, the customer may contact support for review and, where justified, refund of the duplicate payment.If the customer submits incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information and the report is generated based on that information, WLRB System may not be able to provide a refund.Refund requests should be sent to:[email protected]The request should include:- company name,

6. AI Use and Data Protection

WLRB reports may be generated using structured business logic, scoring methods and AI-supported text generation.Customer-submitted information may be processed by AI systems for the purpose of generating report text, summaries, diagnostic findings, risk observations and practical recommendations.WLRB System does not use customer-submitted data to train its own AI models.WLRB System aims to ensure that AI systems process customer data only for the purpose of preparing the specific report and performing the requested service.AI-generated text provides business diagnostic support, but it does not replace professional, legal, financial, audit, tax, ESG or regulatory advice.The customer acknowledges that AI-supported report generation is based on the information submitted by the customer. If the customer provides incomplete, inaccurate or misleading information, the report findings may also be incomplete or inaccurate.

7. Data Retention

WLRB System retains submitted data, generated reports, invoice data and operational logs for customer support, accounting obligations, legal compliance, technical troubleshooting, auditability and secure operation of the service.Invoice and accounting data are retained in accordance with applicable legal requirements.Technical logs and operational status data may be retained for system security, troubleshooting and abuse-prevention purposes.The customer may request correction, deletion or restriction of personal data where permitted under applicable data protection law. Certain data may need to be retained due to legal, accounting, contractual or legitimate-interest-based retention obligations.The WLRB system does not operate as a long-term customer database or report archive. The data related to the report, including the submitted form data, the generated report text, and the PDF report files, are retained for a maximum of 30 days after the report has been completed and delivered, after which they are automatically deleted from the WLRB system. It is the customer’s responsibility to download and retain the delivered report within this period. Invoices and legally required billing data may be retained separately by the billing service provider in accordance with the applicable accounting and tax regulations.

8. Data Subject Rights

Under applicable data protection laws, the data subject may have the right to:- request information about the processing of personal data,
- request access to personal data,
- request correction of inaccurate data,
- request deletion of data,
- request restriction of processing,
- object to certain processing activities,
- request data portability where applicable,

9. International Data Transfers

Some technical service providers used by WLRB System may be located outside the European Union or may operate international infrastructure.Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, WLRB System aims to ensure that such transfers are made on an appropriate legal basis, with contractual safeguards or other applicable data protection mechanisms.

10. Security

WLRB System and its technical service providers apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect data.Such measures may include, among others:- access restrictions,
- permission management,
- technical logging,
- use of secure payment service providers,
- security features of cloud infrastructure providers,
- monitoring of errors and abuse.No data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely risk-free. WLRB System aims to process data securely, but the customer is also responsible for using their own email account, access credentials and devices securely.

11. Report Disclaimer

WLRB reports are generated based on information submitted by the customer, structured scoring logic and AI-supported text generation.WLRB System does not guarantee that all information submitted by the customer is complete, accurate, up to date or independently verified.The purpose of the report is to provide practical ESG readiness insights, identify potential risk areas, highlight data-quality gaps and suggest possible next steps.A WLRB report does not constitute:- legal advice,
- tax advice,
- financial advice,
- audit assurance,
- ESG certification,
- official regulatory approval,
- formal CSRD compliance opinion,
- external audit,
- certified sustainability report.Customers are advised to consult qualified legal, tax, financial, ESG, audit or compliance professionals before relying on the report for official, regulatory, investor, financial, audit or legal purposes.

12. Disputes and Governing Law

The services of WLRB System are governed by Hungarian law.The parties shall first attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through email communication.If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, Hungarian courts shall have jurisdiction in accordance with the applicable Hungarian procedural rules.If the customer qualifies as a consumer, this provision does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights or remedies that may apply to the customer.
